It rarely happens that Singapore’s Chinese New Year falls on the same date as Valentine’s Day and so we expected that most of the good restaurants were fully booked. We planned on visiting Sentosa for a sneak peek of the Resorts World and its environs, so my wife and I opted to celebrate v-day in one of the restaurants in the nearby Vivo City mall near Harbourfront MRT.
