Lacking In Fire, Avoid. December 21, 2010 I was looking for a new place for some excellent pork knuckles. I have tried the ones at Brotzeit and they were meaty, cooked right and tasted great with the mustard and sauerkraut. After scouring the web for leads, I decided to try Magma’s, a German restaurant.
