Two Thumbs Up for Astoria Boracay January 31, 2011 I have stayed at Boracay Regency Beach Resort, Mandarin Boracay and Crystal Sand Boracay. But I prefer Astoria Boracay the most. The great location, appropriate resort size (i.e. not humongous) and superb customer service make it my first choice.
